Horizon Bay’s retirement communities nationwide create special places for people who want a lifestyle that removes the hassles and adds what’s truly important. We understand that it is a difficult decision for older people to move and leave their home. And we also understand that you play a vital role in helping your clients decide what’s best for them. Your time is a valuable resource; therefore, during normal business hours, we make four important promises:
- We’ll return your phone call very quickly. Your call is our priority, and we’ll make every effort to be available to respond immediately when you call. However, if for some reason your contact at the community isn’t available, we’ll call you back as quickly as possible.
- We’ll make contact with your client at your request. After speaking with you and with your approval, one of our trained staff will speak with your client and his or her family members immediately.
- We’ll visit your client the same day if at all possible. If appropriate and at your direction, our next step is to visit your client, complete an assessment, and determine our ability to meet his or her needs.
- We’ll make a decision to accept your client as quickly as possible. Just hours after your initial call, we’ll notify you as to whether we will be able to invite your client to move to a Horizon Bay community.
