Horizon Bay Management, L.L.C. is a seniors housing company that was formed in July 2001. Headquartered in Tampa, Fla., Horizon Bay manages 70 communities that are located in fifteen states throughout the United States.
Horizon Bay is an independent living company that prides itself on delivering quality healthcare in its communities. Although Horizon Bay manages several types of properties, including continuum of care retirement, freestanding assisted living and independent living communities, its focus is on managing higher-end independent living communities with multiple levels of care. Horizon Bay offers residents its award-winning LiveWell! Activities Program and a variety of health and wellness services.
